KATRINA'S SURVIVORS SONG
We are weak, yet, we are strong,
time like this I feel I can't go on,
I look around and all that I see, is
devastation and misery.
We are weak, yet, we are strong,
our lives shattered by the wake of the storm,
families looking for their lost ones, prayers going up, to keep us safe from harm.
We are weak, yet, we are strong as survivors we must hold on
thanking God for his angels in the streets, helping us with food and a place to sleep.
We are weak, yet, we are strong,
our faith tested by the wake of the storm,
in crisis we all must realize, this storm didn't discriminate against who lived or who died,
We are weak, yet, we are strong,
our faith tested by the wake of the storm
our message hear today, is that we must Give as well as Pray,
We are weak, yet, we are strong

WATCH, AS WELL AS PRAY
We, are one nation under one GOD. We must all make ourselves accountable in the aftermath of this storm.
"Remember, together we must stand and if divided we must continue to carry on"
On August 29Th, 2005 Katrina, didn't ask if you were black or white, rich or poor, young or old, near or far, lived up the hill or under a bridge, employed, unemployed, or if you required the use of utensils are simply used your fingers tips to gather the last bite of food off your plate.
See, it did not matter to Katrina, so, why should it matter to us. Doing GOD'S will, will heal the devastion and loss felt by the survivors. Being GOD'S angels in the streets wheather near are far will help Katrina's victim's begin to breath and see the light at the end of the storm.
We, are not here to judge or to be judged it dosn't matter if you're the President of the United States or cousin Benny from down the way.
If you were created by the father who art in heaven then sisters and brothers, you should be very much involved in the mission to keep ALL of GOD'S children safe from harm.
Don't do it because Patricia Jackson, told you to, do it because the BIBLE tell's us to.
If you choose not to help those in need, those who can't GOD still loves you. But, if you choose to look the other way or turn the channel or refuse to listen as well as pray. Be warned "that could have easily been you".
So, when the last horn begins to blow and this life as we know come to and end, don't cry, scream or shout are try to bargain your way out. GOD is giving you and me a chance to right our wrongs and prove to him we are deservant of his pearlie gates "HEAVEN". The choice is ours.
And if your deed(s) go unnoticed please, don't stray, just wait and listen for your names to be called in "HEAVEN" on judgement day.
