Defense of Tim McGraw

I read with interest your sucessful defence of Tim in hte Erie County charges back in 2001. I also am charging a small county with false arrest and malicious prosecution as well as juror misconduct and violations of my civil rights. Is there any help or directions you can give me? Were any suits ever brought against Erie County? I am proud of your defense and look forward to hearing from you. I was sentenced to 14 months for even more redicilous charges
